There will be no reverse split, ever. NP has been clear about that. Additionally, a reverse split changes the terms of the most recent fund raising deals Via Iliad/Fife and ends up costing CYDY more (I can’t remember the exact wording, but it’s in the 8K). IMO, I don’t think NP is focused much on uplisting. He understand that getting COVID and/or HIV to the finish line will push the SP high enough that CYDY will have no issues uplsiting. He’s going to wait until that point in time, which may be in the near future.
