In the last NGIO CC Joe said that 2 of the 3 NGIO S-1's did not receive any comments from the SEC. Meaning those 2 would only need to be updated with the new NGIO 10K and, as long as 10K recieved no comments from the SEC, he could pick the EFFECT dates for the S-1's.
