Our next 10Q filing is due around January 9, and will be for the quarter ended November 30.
If they execute another meaningful financing or a (first) revenue generating transaction on or before Nov 30, I would think it would need to be published via a PR and 8K. I certainly don't think we would need to wait for the 10Q filing (at least I hope not).
