Yeah, it's a poker game for sure. Saw your post on Liehub about Scottrade. Still scratching my head about this...
Back to .0035 fwiw. I don't expect that the shorts unloaded that many shares. ( But I'm sure they have some set aside to manipulate the PPS.) Probably just an impatient holder. Most trades were at .004, but as you mentioned, why sell .003 when you can get .004?
