In today's Proactiv video, NP mentioned that they were able to mine a lot of data from cd10. My bet is that Dr. Recknor did follow-ups for all patients, especially for moderate populations, and found that the incidents of LH symptoms in the leronlimab arm was close to nil while placebo arm was a much higher percentage. I'm detecting a high level of confidence in Cytodyn management for this LH protocol and that's my guess as to why. With cd12 results around the corner and limited resources, I don't believe Cytodyn would otherwise mess with LH right now unless they were very certain of success.
