I see the pros and cons of NP's leadership. Clearly he brings a lot to the table but a truly great leader also knows when to delegate. I'd love to see someone more measured and coherent on public-facing calls, appearances and media interviews and allow NP to focus on his skillsets. Precise communication is not one of them. Is his ego just that huge that he doesn't recognize that his spokesman-ity confuses retail shareholders, frightens institutional buyers and feeds the trolls? I am not hating on NP, only stating a glaring concern.
