Thats just the thing. Some investors think the financial situation is dire, and it simply is not.
Dilution is not the end of the world, and in fact we are expecting it. NP is doing his best to not dilute. This financing will save us on dilution if things go well, but cost us more dilution if things dont go well.
Its a risk that I think is merited.
