PCTL not just getting their financial house in order by clearing warrants and convertibles as Gary has stated, it is exploding with orders. Don't let peeps scare you out of your shares! This is going back up!
I expect this will take off soon when certain knowledgeable investors will be coming on board. Now that the 3rd Quarterly is out, we can expect it to move to QB status, record sales in the 4 quarter leading to larger profit margins and removal of any remaining convertible warrants.
Obviously, they would not be able to obtain loans that convert at .15 cents or more if they had not already demonstrated this ability.
PCTL's growth in 2020 is AMAZING!. Note with DD:

PCT LTD (OTC Pink: PCTL) today announced that it has executed a domestic supply agreement with Maverick Energy Services and Maverick Environmental Solutions of Holdenville, Oklahoma for a minimum of 1,000,000 gallons of PCT Hydrolyte® to be delivered over the next twelve months. An initial order has been fulfilled on this contract.
We would also like to update our shareholders on PCTL’s revenue guidance for the fiscal year of 2020.
We continue to anticipate revenues of approximately $4 million. In addition, we expect to achieve record setting revenues during the 4th quarter of 2020.
So this question has already been answered by PCTL LOL!!!
Q's 1, 2 and 3 of 2020: $1.9 million!
2018 & 2019 total combined revenue: $1.1 million for TWO YEARS!
Q4 2020: $2.1 million and RECORD SETTING!!!!
