CDiddy: I don't think one has to have done something to know (or have a pretty damn good idea) how NOT to do it. I have never had kids, but I know you don't discipline them with a belt or lit cigarette butts. I have never driven a Ferrari, but I know you don't drive it through the California canyons at 175mph.
Sometimes, NP makes some pretty questionable calls that don't pan out, as well as making promises to shareholders that are just not reasonable. Yes, at that point, it is up to the shareholder to decide how viable the ideas/statements are, but one doesn't have to have run a business in order to know good from less good decisions, ideas and statements.
