“NP may be saying these things to pressure the FDA but , if that’s the case, the FDA will ultimately do what they want to do.”

NP and CYDY are not in a position to pressure the FDA. NP’s comments on a recent CC about not wanting to get another “strike” against CYDY from the FDA supports this idea. Now, CYDY may be in an advantageous position in the coming weeks when the interim analysis data is released and can hopefully use that data to garner support from the FDA, OWS, and other international FDA equivalents.
