TC, the problem with fraud is by definition, you don't know it exists until it is investigated. Regarding the elections, there are approx 250 people that have either perjured themselves or thought they actually saw a severe enough level of fraud or manipulation to sign sworn affidavits. I can't believe that many would risk charges to have falsely filed a claim. Too many other coincidences that also can't be explained by a totally up and up election, based on past history and correlations. But most importantly - if the dems are totally confident of no manipulation or fraudulent voting, then they should welcome the investigations to reassure 73 million voters that the election was legit.

End of politics, begin GNBT!

Same with the pps issues. If there is no investigation, there can be no way to know if manipulation was taking place or not. I don't think anyone here that is an actual shareholder believes GNBT/NGIO is worth only $21 million in market cap; with the news from Malaysia, the potential news from China, the likely spinout of NGIO, and other actual events or projections, the MC should be much higher. You are still buying (or were, through last week) so it seems likely that you believe GNBT is worth much more than current pps indicates (ie, MC).

So yes, there has been some dilution to keep the lights on, but if GNBT were trading at a more realistic value, we'd be seeing fluctuations in the $3 to $5 range, not a hold at $.20 even when big news has been released and more seems to be on the way. I would certainly agree that 30% additional shares should affect the pps, assuming the MC is legit to begin with.

Your point about the SEC delaying NGIO because of some type of shanigans is well taken - but seems like the SEC would only be helping the manipulators at that point. But stranger things have happened with a gov't agency, so I'll never say never!
