The Zhejiang Hisoar Pharmaceutical deal sounds like they have a fund set up maybe like what Barda is doing and says partners like Generex so could be others. I think it is poassible the deal with Guangzhou Baiyunshan is still in place.

Purcell mentioned 2 big international deals being announced this week so hopefully it is the (1) structure for this new PR with Zhejiang and also maybe a (2) signed agreement with potential dollar amounts on the Framework agreement
