I did a web search. All kinds of stuff out there on his company. Some unproven possibly dangerous activities with stem cells etc.

Company is based in Vegas. Vegas is a hotbed for shady labs. One of the labs I used was there. They got investigated and came out ok but I had to supply information to the authorities. Not fun. The healthcare field is full of questionable activity. In a year or two there will be all kinds of Covid related wasteful spending investigations.

We need to add clawbacks clauses into some of our future agreements in the hopes of reducing our exposure.
