Here’s an example of the deals for MediSource and Pantheon being far too beneficial to their CEO along with his consulting agreement:
“Travis Bird terminated the Consulting Agreement on July 20, 2020 and Travis Bird is no longer entitled to further commissions from future net sales. For the year ended July 31, 2020, Travis earned $1,404,915 under this agreement and has been paid $773,366, leaving a balance of $631,549.”
Generex needed that money for far better reasons.
