If 7 states
election results are tied up in court and can't be certified. No one can get 270 to elect. It then goes to the House and the election thrown out . Each STATE gets 1 vote for President. That vote sits at 37-13 Trump. It's happened twice in our history before.
There is no 435 members voting. The Senate then elects the VP.
