The cost of test(s) to eliminate the virus is no comparison to the dollars of revenue their economy suffers daily. I think a mandate will be seen but for the time being fake news may be setting an alarm just as we see here in the US. Had the US locked everything down earlier it would have have stopped the spreading only to return later. Anti-bodies after your infected are the 11 million American's who no longer have to worry about corona virus! Double test in the UK is absolutely necessary!
