100 mcg daily, along w/5kiu d3. So far, this plus other supplements: beta glucans, black seed oil, oregano oil and zinc have kept sicknesses from sticking. First year I've done that whole regimen, started maybe fall of 2019 (although I'd been doing the d/k2 longer than that). I highly recommend the other supplements too.
