The ratio volume/price is getting good now, for a new jump up. The cheap shares are start running out and it forces the price upwards.
Now with the insider buy of shares from the CEO, the market starts to see something big is about to unfold; my guess is a new major order has come in and Mr Bunka see this probably last opportunity, to collect some still rather cheap shares.
With the technical charts indicating a higher low and the anticipation of the release of next milestone - we can see a new 30% run again real soon!
