I think he meant long haulers = post-Covid disease, and the other two indications are post-viral syndrome from two other viruses besides SARS2-CoV.
So my understanding was one trial for post-viral syndrome, for fatigue and other symptoms (similar to symptoms from myalgic encephalomyelitis / chronic fatigue syndrome) after viral infection of 3 viral types: SARS2-CoV, and would guess influenza A and something else (flu B, or EBV or HHV6 or HIV or ...?):
