Love how GNBT inks a deal with Bindai Kinder, who has never worked in the healthcare industry, to be our exclusive in Malaysia (and elsewhere if we ever get signed agreements)...and then they ink a deal with a Real Estate company in Australia to distribute our vaccine there. What the heck do they know about vaccine development and distribution?

KUALA LUMPUR: Bintai Kinden Corporation Bhd's (BKC) subsidiary Bintai Healthcare Sdn Bhd (BHSB)today signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to appoint Australia-based IEC Properties Pty Ltd (IPP) as the sole distributor to supply the Ii-Key-SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus vaccine (Covid-19 vaccine) to Australia and New Zealand market.
Under the MoU, BHSB and IPP have jointly agreed to further negotiate on the terms and conditions to grant IPP the exclusive distribution rights to market, distribute and sell the Covid-19 vaccine in Australia and New Zealand.
IPP is a wholly-owned subsidiary of International Equities Corporation Ltd (IEC), a public listed company in Australia listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).
The company is involved in property development, tourism, hotel management, and others, which include real estate sales and management.
