may I disagree with you?
This MOU is signed by Bintai with an Australian distributor. I would assume that they would only sign such a deal (the next step after the MOU) if they have me to an agreement with NGIO.
So if they are reaching out to an Australian distributor, they should at least be very confident to come to an agreement with NGIO about the right to market the vaccine in Australia.
