eIND vs EUA vs Full FDA Approval
Are these statements correct?
1) EUA does not require an application to the FDA for each person, before giving them the drug, thus doctors can administer the drug per their own discretion?
2) EUA is considering temporary, and can be easily revoked?
3) With EUA, doctors cannot use the drug "open label" for other diseases?
4) eIND does require application to the FDA for each person prior to administration of the drug?
