This note conversion penalty issue lays at the feet of nader and the legal team in charge when the note was signed.
I have brought up a concern of mine in the past and the permabulls have always shot me down with excuses defending it. But the $22M penalty is exhibit A
Q. If they can't get a loan right then what makes anyone think they can prevail against a big pharma deal with hoards of lawyers and decades of medical contract law experience.
