He said dividend and share buyback. This means they WILL have continuous cashflow to cover expansion, operations and R&D.
They will keep some for M&A and the rest I'd allocated for dividend and buyback.

So, from the $7 billion he can give us exactly equal to what Gilead pays to transfer share holder over here.
