I took BLA's comments as positive in totality. NP is being overly optimistic, but that is his nature. And, I am ok with it.

We need to understand that he is a glass overflowing kind of guy. He is giving us an idea of what he hopes occurs, and we need to understand that its likely not going to happen as fast as he hopes.

But, we have made substantial progress in a short amount of time, so there very much is reason for optimism.
