Does that funding give us the funds we needed for uplisting? Hate to ask this question because every time someone asks about uplisting, it annoys me and everyone else. But, does the fact this was a convertible loan, rather than a stock offering, make this different in the eyes of NASDAQ? Or, are funds funds and this would make us now qualified under the net worth standard? Maybe just answered it myself because it raises both assets (money) and debt (loan). But, maybe will help us get back to $4 in any event.
