Mits, any idea what affect, if any, the investigation of NNLX would have on EUA? I'm wondering if NNLX has applied for it yet and how long it will take to get it. According to the 10/18 update they are "researching FDA requirements for EUA's for two of the 25 covered claims in the recently allowed patent." I sure hope the recent investigation into the company has no impact on this.
