I think though that any toxic convertible debt diluted more to our peril than other dilution does though. So if debt is paid off to our benefit that’s where I see it as a good thing. We still need to find revenue though because if there are several rounds of Reg-A type funding I can’t imagine that we are going to like that.

At least not without growing revenue to fuel share price before more rounds of funding would start.
