Pfizer's PR left out a lot as you pointed out. They did not give any meaningful statistics. They did not report any of their primary or secondary measures. No reports about antibody response, antibody titer rises or side effects

So 38,955 received the second dose which I assume provides optimal protection. How big is the control group?38,955?. How did they control the participants exposure to Covid? Was any mitigation allowed? Isolation of infected individuals? Or maybe everyone was sprayed with Covid virus?
Ok I will assume the protocols were performed to perfection in the racially diverse test groups. The number of Covid cases was 94 with 90% success in the vaccine group. Doing the napkin math that means about 9.4 people in the vaccine group developed Covid and 84.6 in the untreated group developed.
So it could be a reasonable vaccine, but we will have to wait much longer to understand how it works and if it is safe.
