I think Joe has done a good job considering where GNBT was. To be fair with him, the turn of events this year did not help him and I would say he was just unlucky. Still he improvised on his strategy and trying to make maximum out of the situation he had. I believe he is at the fag end of success and we should giive him some time to take this company to greater heights ! Now are there things which could have been done better communicated better .. if we are picky and look for things we will find some but overall I think he has done is job IMHO.
