With or without a vaccine, I believe the NGIO listing is still an ASAP goal for Joe. I don't think he's waiting for the closing of any deals, etc. (although I certainly could be wrong with all the potential of closing a broad-based China deal).

Hopefully we will see an update on that by the end of November...
