Maybe stupid jokes, misinformation that a HS kid would see through and conspiracy theories that a grade school kid wouldn't fall for deserve to be effectively challenged.
After all, not doing so writ large gave us president Trump, 4 years of embarrassment and a COVID death toll that is not the envy of the world.
Trump's election challenges will continue to be laughed out of court for the simple absence of evidence to support the allegations.
At some point a judge or two will likely explode 'you're kidding with this shit, right!? I mean we both went to law school and passed the bar; yet you proffer no evidence. Comeback when you have some or don't come back'.
