Things sort of make sense.
At a concentration on 175mg/mL:
2ml = 350mg
3ml = 525mg
4ml = 700mg
Familiar dosing, huh?
I suspect the concentration stays the same and CytoDyn just orders up the appropriate vial fill for the trial dosage needed.
I recall someone mentioning that PRO 140 is very viscous due to the concentrated solution.
