Started to move off the bottom on October 16 - 1st artificially low ask with 300K+ from a scammer trying to dupe people to fill bid retreated from .0240 > .0290 - his nonsense on amateur forums was ineffective.

On October 20, the scammer ignored warnings to cancel and was taken out as part of a set of hail marys in quick succession, which resulted in a run of:

.0233 > .0544 on October 20 (in a few minutes) - 133%

Subsequently manipulated down for reloading - with the same scammer modus operandi apparent walking an artificially low ask of 300K+ down from .0300 > .0180 - retreating when hit without filling buys orders - at .0247 by close on November 6.

Expect hail mary buys at any time by the top traders of $PSRU taking it back up into the .0550 > .1000+ range in minutes again.
