Not sure I would call them ignorant docs..they were in major firefighting mode and didnt have the time to sit down and read every medical journal, clinical, trial, etc to figure out they should have gone with Leronlimab. There were probably over 200 active trials for drugs to address Covid at the time.. Essentially they were practicing battlefield medicine this past Spring. So walking the halls were the Gilead, Regeneron, and other sales people telling them About now their drug is progressing and will be ready for Covid any minute. In the meantime they were using Hydroxi., steroids, and anything that was visible to them to treat the very sick. They learned new techniques to reduce the death rate.
So my hats off to these docs . and they will be using Leronlimab very soon. So let’s avoid calling them ignorant .
