More precisely, "patients" will be hitting 42 days regularly, and Nader or somebody on the CC, stated that the DSMC may unblind and take look at just 14 days after the 293rd patient in injected (look and calculate a p value). Of course going out beyond 14 days merely increases our probablity of a p value that would grant us approval.
