According to the OTC GNBT has:
Outstanding Shares 107,949,089 10/27/2020
Restricted 10,341,161 10/27/2020
Unrestricted 97,607,928 10/27/2020
Held at DTC 93,081,451 10/27/2020

That leaves 4,526,477 shares unaccounted for.
So for you expert traders, what does the 4.5+ million shares represent?
Could they be the source of the PPS manipulation?
Would this be the source of the Nov. 4th sell-a-thon (~5m shares)?
Hopefully this week, the GNBT manipulators have been dethroned and the public gets a say about the value of GNBT.
