DJ, interesting PR by Bintai Kinder. They are announcing a deal that GNBT has with China and it appears it looks like they’re trying to justify why they went into an agreement with GNBT. Otherwise why would they announce our separate deal with China which has nothing to do with them? Kind of weird.

So why are they talking in a tense like they have not exercised that right of first refusal? We were told a month ago on the conf call that they did. Makes sense now as to why we have not seen a signed contract for those extra countries AND not received extra upfront licensing fees for them yet.
