The 42 days seems like that will only increase the probability of achieving Statistical Signifance on Primary Goal.
And then also, somebody said (was it Nader? Kelly?), that the DSMC can look at data possibly earlier than 42 days, but still keep the 42 as last chance to achieve needed p value.
