I have raised this question before but here goes again. Considering this is the first line of the last 8K “ On October 30, 2020, Generex Biotechnology Corporation and its majority owned subsidiary NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology, Inc., (collectively “Generex”) signed a Framework Agreement on Cooperative Development of Coronavirus Peptide Vaccine”
What is Generex role in this agreement?
What role does Generex playin the development, marketing or distribution of a vaccine?
NGIO is a wholly owned subsidiary, why is GNBT 8King this?
If the answers are none, none and I don’t know then there is no reason GNBT should get a bump on the news.
If however GNBT is brokering the deal and will collect direct commissions or royalties I’d like to know that and it should probably be public info.
