I also see that hgen is collaborating with the dept of defense to help develop their product. Some OWS connection there.
As for the data, my guess is after reading the FDA interim data rules(a post I had a while ago contained this) this excerpt
"Recommendations
for modifications are best accompanied by the minimum amount of data
required for the sponsor to make a reasoned decision about the
recommendation"

I think because enrollment was changed they were given the reason why. I see nothing more detailed than that. Cydys didn't change, although they did recommend adding the 42 day timeline as an additional point of interest. If no changes probably no data.
