Elon Musk: 9/1 or 10% (Social media whore; known to take advantage of public disasters/crises to promote himself)
Steve Ballmer: 9/1 or 10% (Washingtonian; hates Bill Gates, would love to steal his thunder)
Warren Buffett: 19/1 or 5% (Why not)
