my guess the swamp is keep NC open in case they lose Arizona and Nevada...they are slow walking NC
At some point the counting is done. That is when and only when the fun starts. There is no adding to the count after that. Only the subtracting of Illegal votes.
There might be more house and senate seats open if Trump pulls the rabbit out and wins
Hell they might not even win Illinois. They sent out 2.2 million mail in ballots. Why not about 5.9 million? Trump only down 700k with 10% still outstanding. Illinois might be in play.
