Here's how I see things-Doc,hopefully, has most of his end done. He is probably waiting on Jamie Dimon of JPMC who has the 30 billion. He is hoping to get some of that-even 1 billion would be great. Dimon is waiting on the election and watching the market. The analyst on Fox Business claim the market is doing really well the last couple of days because they think the market likes a divided administration-not all Democrats or Republicans and that seems like what we are going to have. So when that is all settled, maybe we get our cut and Doc will be ready to launch. JMO
