As Nader has stated in many CC,videos and press releases that when LL is aproved the big press and the money will come in be it OWS or whatever/however the Federal Gov't might want to asst. That's on them ie the gov't. I like the idea that we are not now or hopefully will never be a slave to the Feds. I understand wanting the money in the coffers, but IMO with an approval of LL the money will show up!
