Our company is an emerging technology innovator combining nanotechnology and the blockchain to disrupt counterfeiting worldwide. Our advance Nanomaterials are paving the way for next generation point of care and rapid testing set to disrupt the home healthcare market and these are just two examples of commercial applications where our nanotechnologies and blockchain technology are being deployed to solve real world problems and open up new markets.

We require in house counsel that has experience working in the fast paced startup environment that is capable of developing and negotiating client and supplier contracts, oversee SEC regulatory obligations and manage litigation, and patenting activities.

Ideal candidate will have 5 years experience as general counsel and preferably experience with startups or early stage post revenue technology companies.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
