Agreed. The expectations set by management has been my single biggest frustration. With that said, its on me to accept their loft expectations, or approach them with a grain of salt.

I apologize if my last message was too strong. I am frustrated in general with how slow things have progressed this year. Management has to own part of that, but not all of it.

I just want folks to remember, that despite the missteps we are progressing, and comparatively speaking we are progressing at a fairly rapid clip. Gotta take the good with the bad.
