ZP, in your opinion, what's the deal with the selling of the patents to ACS? Dietl says they've paid, Kay says they haven't, and they certainly don't seem to be paying much in the way of royalties.

Question #2 - in your opinion do you think that royalties are being paid, but are being diverted to an untraceable account somewhere? This would be relatively easy to do with an all channel partner marketing plan.

Question #3 - in your opinion is Waller a VP at ACS? We've seen printed material listing him as such, yet Kay denies that's the case.
