My point was, though, through what lens can someone find this a "buy"? Chart, revenues, debt, sales, management, positively reviewed software, market share, unique products?

What else is there, please? How could someone even see this as a flip? There would need to be upside catalysts of some sort. Maybe just a pump and dump but that's all I see, not really anything mid- or long term.
