It may be worth noting that the outstanding share count was a shade under 570 million at the beginning of october and as of today on otcmarkets.com the outstanding share count is 578,016,002, so somewhere in the neighborhood of 8-9 million warrants were exercised during october. That may have lead to not needing a capital raise quite yet as I think the avg warrant is ~.67 cents so that would net them 5-6 million in the coffers which is about a months worth of cash burn. (if my recollection of the avg outstanding warrant price is correct).
